I have had years where it seemed like I had two significant bouts of flu-like illness and thought that might be an artifact of aging, but the folks posting are very young and otherwise very healthy.

I can't help but think that if somebody had a more effective approach to the myalgia and malaise end of things it would be a very good product, Throughout my entire life it has been elixirs of alcohol, diphenydramine, phenypropanolamine and pseudoephedrine with NSAIDs and acetaminophen.

I would hope that somebody had a better approach to cytokine effects. If they did they would have a blockbuster product.George Dawson, MD, DFAPAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03474899831557543486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7772182113499451603.post-14833441569518684132015-01-12T22:51:29.690-06:002015-01-12T22:51:29.690-06:00George,

I try to wash hands but I'm not too obsessive since I am office based. But I feel a little punk tonight, so plan to get some early sleep. Vitamin D seems to help but it is at least a benign placebo if it is a placebo.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7772182113499451603.post-86302222296469916532015-01-11T15:03:40.290-06:002015-01-11T15:03:40.290-06:00Not a laughing matter. I am glad that Vitamin D works for you, but unfortunately it does not work for me.George Dawson, MD, DFAPAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03474899831557543486noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7772182113499451603.post-80344110703802419902015-01-11T14:51:43.114-06:002015-01-11T14:51:43.114-06:00Laugh if you'd like, but I haven't caught ...Laugh if you'd like, but I haven't caught any cold/flu going around the office since I increased my daily Vit D. Back when Vit C was all the rage, I tried that too, but it never seemed to prevent any illness.
RBnoreply@blogger.com
